Work request portal

Create work request portals in the app and share a dedicated link. Requests are submitted without logging in. Per portal, you define which assets in the registry they attach to — for example internal production requests to maintenance, or customer requests in external field service.

Preventive maintenance

Recurring maintenance is automated through plans and results are stored in execution history. The maintenance program stays current without manual reminders, and owners see upcoming tasks in time.

Billing and billing workflow

External field service uses billing batches that gather work ready for invoicing. Hours, materials, and travel costs flow in one stream, speeding up billing and reducing errors.

Customer registry

Inspection and work forms
